Most US cars have a basic camber setup. Some manufactures (mostly the Germans) have specific test for camber based on what they will have on the production car.

I have a brand new set of 245-45-18, 2 degree camber tires here, never mounted or run. I will take $600 for the set of (4). I have a full set that were run for 25 minutes on a road course, I will take $400 for them.

I saw these a while back, and just from the cornering standpoint, could tell they were snake oil. As 2 people have pointed out, as soon as you turn, the car naturally takes on positive camber.
Running negative camber means that as you turn, the tires contact patch will increase because the car is taking on positive camber. With these tires, you're either decreasing contact patch in a turn (which is terrible), or they've got terribly soft sidewalls, which is almost as bad as losing contact in a turn.
