question about bilstein hd + swift springs

question about bilstein hd + swift springs

i plan on running either mr bilsteins or bilstein hd's + swift sport springs or spec r's for my evo mainly for street use and probably track once or twice a year.
i know that swift makes springs for both the mr and gsr, so my question is which springs should i use for the bilstein hd's?

i believe that the hd's are setup for the gsr springs. However, the difference between the mr and gsr rates is trivial.

you can search and find the actual numbers, this is discussed pretty often.

I would run the GSR rates.
