I just got my alignment done cause I swapped in newer suspensions... almost the same setup as you but with 18x9 Oz rims and MR bilsteins with tanabe springs. I've asked for the same settings I've had done for awhile now:
-1.5 front camber and -1.0 rear camber with 0 toe all around.
I've had this alignment for years and it's been great for DD and road track days. Tires never wore bad and even my old suspensions looked good after pulling them off and replacing them with the newer setup. I drive with stock wheels and a/s tires in winter also, and again, no problems. Hope that helps.
