initial coilover setup advice...

Just recieved a slightly used set of coilovers with out instructions. Wanting to adjust the compression/rebound but don't have manual/ paperwork for them. Any advice for a general setup for coilovers before the coilover are installed or just put them on and figure it out from there?? All advice will be appreciated!!

Not sure how exactly to read their spring rate columns but from what i can tell its 8k in the rear and 7k in the front???

If your running them on the street, just set them in the dampening in the middle and adjust it later on if you want it softer/stiffer.

62-200-7 Front, 62-220-8 Rear, daily for now but eventually roadracing. No tracking anymore!!
