Best locking lug nuts? Getting some Volks!

I am getting some new volks and want to protect my investment. What are some of the best locking lug nuts I can throw on my wheels. I am willing to spend up to a couple hundred dollars.

Thanks!

If someone really wants your wheels, they will get them. You could just add a 20 lock lugs and it might slow them down enough for someone to spot the thieves but that's about it. I mean they make tools specifically for removing lock nuts or broken lugs. 1 locking lug on each wheel will not do it

this is your best shot

Really there is no way to stop someone from taking your wheels. What i would do is i would have a different lock lug for every lug to **** them off.

Comprehensive coverage and no locking nuts for me. If they want them bad enough they will get them.

I understand, but if I can even keep some people (rookies) from getting them, and slow down people more determined, it will be worth the money for my piece of mind.

I dont think there's a really good wheel lock but it will slow them down, if they want it they will get.

12pt socket will remove any lock lug nut doesnt matter the design. I just last night had to remove 2 lock nuts from my back wheels as the key broke trying to take the first one off. ****ing tire place must have used a air gun to put them on. A good car alarm will be more effctive than wheel locks.

Well then go all out and get a set that has all the lugs requiring a key. Won't be cheap but like I said before, if they want them they will get them. 1 locking lug on each wheel will not slow them down much. Specially with all the badass electric impact guns out now. Might take 1 min to remove all lugs with those damn things. Now if you have all locking lugs it might slow them down enough for someone to hear what's going on.

As posted before...good insurance that will cover wheels, good alarm with tilt sensor, park in a well lit area or in your garage at home, or hire a security guard to watch over them at night is the only solution.

Locking lugs wont protect your wheels. Buy a .357 magnum

like everyone else said locking lugnuts will slow them down about 5 seconds. Try putting Hi-Loks on might confuse them enough but have fun doing any service. http://www.hi-shear.com/fastener_hl_stds.htm

that is also if you can find one big enough
