Harbor Freight again with the win. I wish I had one closer to me. For these type of tools they actually do really well on them.

Back in DSM land, with the timing belt two pronged tool, the manual called for using a 1/4 inch torque wrench to set the belt tension. No store in town had a 1/4 inch torque wrench but the Harbor Freight catalog had one and it was inexpensive. While the stupid shop manual method does not work I've used that wrench many times on other car projects. There's lots of fasteners nowadays that are torqued in inch pounds.
I used to get their catalog about once a month but they've given up on me.
I did this today, and bought that exact tool a couple weeks ago in preparation thanks to this thread.
I just wanted to thank the OP for making this an easy DIY for me.
