someone posted there are 16"s that fit the evo with brembos...
what fits any pics and specs and info
im interested for autocross use

 

Some old RX7 wheels fit with 20mm spacers.

 

Few friends of mine use 16" rims on his Evo in winter, no spacers, no work needed, stock Brembo brakes.

They use these - http://www.agforged.ru/ru/catalog/16/J7/ag9/ (produced in Russia, forged, width is 7", diameter is 16", offset need to inquire).

Additionally, there is similar option from Compomotive.

 

I test drove a buddys evo 7 on 15", 215 and they were leaps better than my evo 7 on THE best 17" winters, goddyears ultra drip 7 + 235/45.

There's no comparison, maybe on dry winter road only..

 

I've been looking into 16" wheels for a while for rally/winter purposes, Buschur had a set of 16" CCWs that fit over the Brembos. Enkei also makes the RPF1 in 16x7+25 and 16x8+32 that I've been tempted to try but don't have enough money to be the guinea pig.

 

Any pics can anyone confirm these fitments? I wouldn't even know how to get the Russian ones
I guess no 16x 9,9.5,10 fitments?

Depends on the offset, IMO compared to 17" not many 16" rims would be able to clear oem brembos. PS OEM enkeis 17"

I tried googling AGforged and no real luck finding anything of value...

 

Compomotive sells some wheels that are very similar to the AG and in similar sizes and they should be more readily available in the US.
