No brakes?

The brake peddle in my 05 Evo VIII out of no where goes straight to the floor. I have brake fluid, but havent had a chance to check any of my lines. Could it be my master cylinder? if so does anyone know of a "how to thread" for the change? Also if i change out the master cylinder should i do the slave as well?

Thx for any help you can give.

check your fluid levels. could be a big air bubble in your lines, which means you will need to bleed and re-fill them. if your getting nothing at all, it means your loosing pressure somewhere. check everything mentioned above, make sure you dont have a cracked line as well. is this stock line or ss lines? if rubber, consider swapping to ss braided. cheap to do, and if your already bleeding the system it wont take much more time to throw them in at all. gl with your search

Did the brakes work fine and then all of a sudden fail?
