Help me decide suspension (apples to oranges comparo)

I'm a cheap guy and I have a blown strut or two. I don't daily my Evo at this time and it will probably be seeing some track time once my work schedule allows me weekends off. The only action it sees is backroading and people hauler for now.

The only choices:
- Apexi ExV N1
- GTWORX/Bilstein HD
- Swift/Bilstein HD

Any insight, guys? I'm not looking for any vendor sales pitches or any suspensions that are not the ones listed above, just wondering if anyone who has had personal experience with one or more of these suspensions and can help me make a good judgement.

Buy some low mileage stock suspension and slap the springs of your choice on there.

I have run Bilsteins and RobiSpec springs.... they are fantastic on track on and the street.

If I were you I would get the 2nd or 3rd one but that's just me

For more track use than street use, I'd get Swift Spec-R springs. AFAIK they are the highest rate springs you can get for the stock struts. This is what I run, and I was very satisfied with how they performed on track and they are great on the street as well.

Any preference between the two?

You can't go wrong with either option 2 or 3 that was listed above, both are great setups. It really comes down to the fact that the Swift R's will lower the car a bit more vs. the Worx. I personally am going to be running the Bilstein/Swift R's on my car this year because I wanted a bit more of a drop without sacrificing anything in the handling department.

I've pretty much decided on the GTWorx/Bilstein HD combo. Just gotta wait for GTWorx to have it in stock.

You guys think I need front camber plates or is stock adjustment fine? Car is just a weekend canyon runner and people hauler but will probably be tracked once or twice a year once a few changes happen with my work schedule.

I went with MR Bilsteins and GTWorx, waiting for my springs also. I'll be running camberplates with mine. It really depends on how aggressive you want to get with your alignment? If you wanna stay under -2 up front, or if your looking for more..

Would you happen to know the spring rates on the Robispec?

Probably a dumb question but can you still get -2 camber up front with Bilstein HD and stock camber bolts or do you have to do any sort of modifications?

^ It'll be hard to get all the way to -2 up front on the oe eccentric bolts. I think a few have done it, I couldn't on mine.

I would recommend 2 or 3.

I've had both combination on my car and I like the GTWorx better. They ride a bit higher, so it helps keep them off the bumpstops. Plus they feel less progressive than the Swifts.

Depends on your car. I've seen anywhere from -1.8 to -2.0. IIRC I'm at -1.9 right now, just using the eccentric bolt, nothing else.

I maxed out at -1.9 degrees up front with the stock bilsteins/bolts. The swift spec r/OEM bilstein is a great suspension set up for light track use and DDing Although no one recommends Megan Tracks, I am currently running them and they're doing a great job for me on and off of the track

So is the only benefit of camber plates just for more camber adjustability? Do I get any benefits of more suspension travel? Sorry for the simple questions but I'm not too well versed in suspensions.
