thats a REALLY low offset for evos, your more than likely going to have to run spacers up front. what size of spacer depends on the wheel design. your best bet is put the wheel up to the hub and see if it fits, the eyeball about how far it is from the hub. then get a spacer to fit that. it might actually fit tho. just gotta hold it up
you should be able to run 245/35/18 or 255/35/18s. really depends on how much sidewall you want, do you want them to be wider or go for the stretched look. anything in that size tire range should fit. i wouldnt go wider than 255 on an 8.5 tho. id probably rock 235/35/18s but i like the stretched look

17x8 +38 is the factory size. So it's not a "REALLY low" offset for Evo's. It's just not h3!!ameGajdMflu$h.
You may need to run spacers due to the design of the wheels itself. The spokes may not clear the caliper, but the size itself is not too small.
