High HP Suspension tips Bilstein Shocks or Coilovers

Last Jan if finished putting my new engine/turbo setup making 630whp and after about 2 months of street driving, 1 track day at PIR, 1 autocross my shock are completely blown. They are soo bad that the car wheel hops at 60mph on the freeway if I floor it. The current suspension parts I have are stock GSR shocks, Swift R springs, and almost every single bushings you can buy.

Any of you with Bilsteins know if they can handle high HP without needing rebuilds every 6months or should I save up and buy a good set of coilovers ATS 5100/Ohlins RT?

Any other tips or suggestions are welcome.

I would say go with Bilstein HDs and either your current Swift R's or GTWorx springs. Unless you are a super good driver you probably won't be able to out drive that setup.

If you are a super good driver, or just want coilovers go local and go with AMR. They have a lifetime warranty and Andy will custom build them just how you want them. James rode in my X with AMR coilovers, so he can tell you how nice they ride.

I think I will probably go with bilsteins at the momemnt since with all the extra bits AST coilovers are about 3500 bucks for the 5100.
I cant really say if I am a great driver but I can thefinately tell I could use some better suspension and that the stock struts are not meant to handle 600+ horsepower.

Good idea. AMR Coilovers are about half the price of AST and come with a lifetime warranty. At least give them a look when you go down that road.
