Winter Tire Package and my cost

Just picked up my Winter tire package and had them mounted yesterday. Took forever to get the darn things in. Too many places on back order. Ended up getting 4 x TSW Rib for the rims and 4 x Blizzak LM-22 for the tires . Also had to pay for new Acorn lug nuts that would fit the new rims and locks. I bought them from a local Dicount Tire and was out the door installed for $1289.76 exactly. Kind of tough on the wallet but these are the cheapest rim/wheel package I could find. Just a little FYI.

Yeah I ran into the same problem last week when I needed to get tires for my new Evo. I ended up getting ContiExtremeContacts from the Tirerack. Now I need to find a set of wheels to mount my Advans on.

What happened to the blizzak choices on the tirerack web site? When I punch up the EVO all it shows now is the Yokohama AVS Winters. I can manually call up the LM-22, however even this doesn't show a 235/45/17 tire, what's going on? Also, did the price on these things suddenly shoot up?

Thanks!

The WS-50's prob are not showing because they are sold out for the season. Items that are no longer available get pulled from the website. LM-22's are still available in my Reno warehouse and will be arriving soon into Indiana

Neal,

How much are the LM-22's in 235/45/17 and why do they not appear on the list of winter tires when I bring up my saved car profile?

Weird!! Dont see them either.... Will have to get the internet techs on this one. They are available currently in Reno for $168 per tire + shipping.
