bilstein shocks

bilstein shocks

hello everyone my ride is an 05 ix gsr its a jdm version i have got bilstein mr shocks and now my rear right shocks blown. and now i am planing to replace with 2 brand new bilstein hd shocks now is there gonna be any problem using bilstein mr shocks in the front and bilstein hd's in the back

I don't think it will be a problem. Blistein hd also has the staggered setup. If I'm not mistaken, the front is HD and the back is sport or the other way around.

it's not possible to repair the current bilstein in my country bangladesh the mitsu dealer can't support i am importing all 4 brand new bilstein hd's but am thinking that my front 2 is perfectly allright only rear right side one is blown so if i only change the rear 2 with bilstein hd's and in the front with mr bilstein that came with the car is there gonna be any problem

Correct.

You probably will not notice any difference, especially coming from a blown shock. Only the most discerning driver would notice. As far as rebuilding the current Bilstein, why not just contact Bilstein directly? The only problem is that you'll have to take the shock off and have it shipped to Bilstein, leaving you without a car.

i am in my stock springs as my rear right side bilstein blown and it seems that the rear right side is a bit lowered than the left side and i am driving with this situation for sometimes will it damaging my stock rear springs and when i will put 2 brand new bilstein hd in the back do i need a new set of rear springs in the back or i can go with the spring that i already have.
