Question for Tanabe spring owners
Question for Tanabe spring owners
I just installed 18x8 volk le28n on 245/40/18 nitto nt555 and also had my car lowered with tanabe springs. The EVO looks great with this combination but when driving, it feels like there is a lot more body roll and any sort of left and right turning motion makes the rear end feel real sloppy.
My worry is if I got a set of defective springs or if by chance maybe I installed the rear springs upside down? I looked in the rear wheel well, and 4 coils on the rear springs are sitting on top of each other on the spring perch before it starts to hold up the weight of the car. Is this normal?

OK. I took the car to an alignment shop and they discovered that the toe in the rear was entirely out of whack and the alignment was off. After they set it back to evolution specs, I took it back out on the road. The car feels a LOT better.
I have a set of tanabe springs on oder and I have a couple noob questions
Do you need a camber kit with these? I'm pretty sure you don't, but I just want to be safe.
Where do you get the factory evolution alignment specs?
THANKS!
