When you describe parts as things you aren't helping. Second you adjust ride height with two coil over wrenches on the locking rings below the spring. Pictures will help a lot.

yea, the height adjustment is with the whole perch threading down into the body.

Are you trying to lower and raise the car by setting the preloads??

Sorry, was in a rush to leave so i just typed everything really quick.

Ok so, this is what i did

I set the height of the coilovers before installing it on the car.
Then after the install, the height was uneven.
So wat my boy told me was, loosen the lower small right then twist the whole strut to lower the car more
And to raise it up, just keep turning the top biggest ring with the clamp thing.

Then i decided to raise the car up today n realized the two coilovers and possibly all 4 is in all different length. Different length meaning the amount of space between the 2 small rings on the coilover.
Front driver side is 1.75 inches apart from the 2 rings.
Front passenger side is 3.5 inches apart from the 2 rings.

Thanks again in advance. Sorry for the noob questions, first time doing coilovers.

SELECTION THE CAMBER
Select the camber by the installation direction of the allow of
the connecting bolt of the strut assembly and the knuckle.
• -1°00’ ± 30’: Install the bolt turning the allow to the direction
of vehicle inside.
• -2°00’ ±30’: Install the bolt turning the allow to the direction
of vehicle outside

Pictures would be immensely helpful on this. Adjusting the height you're definitely not supposed to spin the whole body, just the two lower rings that interlock to hold each other in place
