Rear toe sucks.

Rear camber is much more adjustable/tune-able as well. I'd have rear better matched on camber. Get that toe sorted out.

What is the concern? Is this pre-alignment, post alignment, as good as it gets...?

Yes it's out most importantly rear toe, but you can tell that from the picture.

No its not. Why do you have almost -2 rear camber now?

And front went from -0.6 to -2? How?

1st alignment was awful.

2nd is a little better, but you have too much rear camber. What are you aiming for? How do you use your car?

I wanted around -2 in the front. The 1st job was done by some shop that didn't understand the camber plate adjustments.

The rear is too much, but I was told that with less the toe was way off. I'm guessing that my rear toe bolts are rusted/seized. Isn't getting the toe corrected more important?

I use my car on the streets and occasional track days.

Is the rear camber really too much that it will have negative affects?

Your tires are going to last about 5000 street miles. Handling wont be very good. Yes, rear camber is really too much.

Do not go to major chains. Just take my word on this.

Find a local mom/pop shop that has techs in it who are not 18. Talk with them about what you want. If they give some BS about well the computer only lets me do X - walk away. Alignment racks are just tools. If you cannot work beyond what some screen says - you're an idiot/untrained/lazy.

All out tire, less handling:
Front:
-1, zero toe

Rear,
-0.5, zero toe

General handling, less tire life:
Front:
-2, zero toe

Rear:
-1, zero toe, zero thrust angle

Race:
Lots more, depends on more too.
