S-Tech's lower the car 2" up front and .9" in the rear.
H-tech's lower the car 1.4" up front and .3" in the rear.
The S-Tech's have a higher spring rate so they are a little harder than the H-Tech's. I have the S-Tech's on my car. I like them, but I will be getting coilovers ASAP.

The H-Tech's are still stiffert han stock I believe, but they don't lower it enough to damage the shocks. I have two buddies with them and I can tell thier cars ride different than mine. I have new shocks in my garage and will be put on once I get some H-Tech's.
