Nitto NT01 and NT555R tire wear question

Both tires have the same wear rating of 100 and start out with the same tread depth. With that said, should both tires wear at identical rates if used under the same conditions, or does the answer lay deeper than those facts?

Thanks
Travis

No, I'm referring to what I said.

its also depends on the tread design and contact patch. the larger the thread blocks, the longer they last. i haven't used 555 but i've used plenty of NT01, one of the best tire for the money if you're not trying to set track records.

The nt555r drag radials will last you longer(about 15k street miles). Don't get NT01's for the street. You'll be wasting lots of money and rubber; Also, they will not last anywhere near the nt555r on street use.
