Front LCA Bushing replacment

Looking at getting the Energy replacement bushings..

Just wondering if these are something that has has to be pressed out or what?

Shops charge about $50 per bushing to press around here so if thats the case I may end up buying a press instead.

Yes, the stock ones must be pressed out. But the ES replacements cant be pressed in by hand.

I thought popular opinion is not to change those. I have an extra set of control arms that I'm putting a RCK in. It would be easy to replace the others as well but word on the street is don't do it.

As Jeff said. Stock large front LCA bushings are pillowball in rubber, ES are full polyurethane. I'd consider changing that to ES only if stock bushings are worn and need replacement. If you want to have an improvement over stock bushing in good condition - consider Perrin PSRS.

Yeah I would personally get the Whiteline RCK and the Perrin PSRS if you want to increase handling characteristics.
