extended wheel stud question??

ok fella's this might sound stupid, but come spring time im going to get a set of rotas and qtp's. so i planned on using arp extended studs and i know that you have to use open ended lug nuts with those. but off the track im still going to be running my factory wheels. so i dont know what to do about lug nuts for my stock street wheels with the arp studs. the thought about drilling the end open of the stock nuts had crossed my mind but im not sure if this will work or not so i wanted to get some input from you more experienced guys. or if there is an aftermarket lug nut that i can get that would work with the stock wheels would be great if there is one?? thanks for any help you can provide me with.

Get toyota/lexus open ended lugnuts. http://www.ezaccessory.com/Toyota_Le.../98-0003oe.htm Identical to ours except they don't have the rounded top and are open ended. =) I use them on all 4 corners for the last couple of years.

No problem, I don't recall if the site above is where I ordered from but just look around for those. I want to say I picked mine up on e-bay, but I really don't remember. Any conical aftermarket would not be a good idea to use on your oem wheels.
