Quote: Uhm, I don't own tiens, I have hsd's and have ner even made a topic relating to them. I was simply agreeing with another members suggestion/input look at my earlier post..then of course FJF has to come in and flame at me for nothing.. and even if ther is still no reason to be just plain rude.
<grin> I asked you a question directly based on your own words. That's not flaming. It's your assertion meeting a logistical dead end.

Lol acting like a smart *** won't help you're cause, all of your comments towards me are in some way provocative and it's obvious..questioning me on a simple four word sentence is starting an argument. Either you're a troll (and suck at it) or you're just plain rude. I was never mean to you and always responded with respect towards you until now.

This is a technical forum where we mostly discuss suspensions. If you want to talk about me, find a different audience. I bet you could find a little sympathy on Show and Shine.

Funny, you should have seen this coming. But you're right I'll quit wasting my time talking about some who ironically has less interest for cars in a car forum and more interest in hating on others taste/style.

Easy easy fellas! lol we are all evo brothers. we all post on here to help one another. to save eachother time and money jaja.

Even if i do go with spec r's i believe my evo is well equiped to handle anything i wanna do with it. I somewhat baby my evo. With to many tickets in my past and past dsm's i know that racing all day and speeding wont be cheap or fun. so ive slowed down since then. Now i just daily drive normally at speed limit. Yea i might hit the gas here and there but not all the time. Same goes for rough driving (cornering). Its fun but i rather take caution and limit all that

Still concerned if i have to roll my fenders? anyone?

Purchase H&R springs. They sit perfect with very good handeling.

And totally incorrect spring rates on the CT9A chassis. Thanks for playing.

Im sure you think your springs are amazing, but its your bump stops you should thank for your lack of roll (And sore ***?)

Quote: awesome info ! are those swift spec r's as good as my mr stockies?

anyone else?
I have spec-r's on my car and they are significantly better than stock in all aspects, IMO. Track use, street use, stance, you name it. Tein Evo springs are only good at destroying your struts - many threads on that issue.

Quote: Stance belongs in Show n shine. This is where people come to talk about improving function not form.
Greatest quote I have seen in a long time.

As far as answering your question. The first response is right on the money. Seriously any company that installs the spring rates of their coilovers backwards from what it should be on an evo is a waste of money...cough Tein cough...

Seriously save your money, and don't be a retard and street race
I have Rally suspension back on and I couldn't be happier . I'm thinkin about sellin my springs, they are already preloaded on struts and everything too so it will make for a easy install, just throw on and get an alignment.

The front sits lower and is more angled then the rear compared to stock. Maybe I'm mistaken but i thought that would help increase down force a little.
