how do you set up your coilover?

hi guys, i am first time user for coilover. i had the kw v3 installed on my evo8 but all i did is adjusted the ride high to lower the car. that is all i know about coilover or suspension.

and now i am trying to get in to the rebound, and jounce adjustment. but really i don't know anything about it, not eaning how to adjust it.
just don't know how hard to go for rebound and jounce and which one is greater is better. is there any thread that has technical info about suspension, or coilover?

or any one can shire there adjustment spec here? thank you

There's no "one size fits all" answer. It's really dependent on a) how your car behaves, and b) how you want your car to behave. I attached a chart which may or may not help you...

This is basically what I do, but I start rebound to soft and increase.
