After some reading about how Mitsu sends the EVO off the assy. line with sucky alignment settings I took the EVO in for an alignment after I did the first tire rotation (954mi).

Stock settings:

Code:
LF: RF:
Camber:
-.31* -.33*

Toe:
+.12* +.09*
Caster:

+3.38* +3.41*

LR: RR:
Camber:
-.86* -1.05*

Toe:
+.33* +.19*
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Adjusted settings:

Code:
LF: RF:
Camber:
-1.45* -1.50*

Toe:
0.00* 0.00*

Caster:
+3.38* +3.41*

LR: RR:
Camber:
-.59* -.61*

Toe:
+.15* +.14*
The VERY few miles that I've had these settings I can already feel the car is more fun to drive. Since buying my EVO a month ago I'm finding myself more interested in learning about how to make a car handle.

JustDSM.....can you tell us why you choose the setting you have now?

For the front >>>> looks like you put 0 toe in the front compare to toe-in from the factory......and you also add more negative camber to the front, am I right ?

for the rear >>> you reduce the negative camber and less the toe....can you tell me why you do that?

and for the caster.....can they be adjust ?

THANK YOU

Not played with and Evo yet so don't know settings but if you take out toe turn in will be better at cost of straight line stability. Thoughts?
