How do u change the brake and clutch fluid going to super blue

Exactly. Start with the wheel that is furthest from the master cylinder, do them all, repeat. It's a good idea to use different color fluids each time you FLUSH the braking system; therefore, the next time you flush the system use ATE TYP 200, it has the same specs as Super Blue, but is amber, therefore, you'll bleed until you see amber.
