Strut question

Looking to get both front struts replaced before winter hits as both are basically shot. Im planning to get coilovers over the winter but want a temporary solution to get me through the winter.

After a bit of searching I found these

They say they fit the non evo and evo....is that true? Please help. Much appreciated!

Lots of people have been burned buying those off description. They do not fit the evo.

Glad I asked, thanks for the help!

Where would you recommend buying struts and strut mounts from?

the only struts are oem kyb and mr bilsteins from the dealer or used in the classifieds, or bilstein hd's which are always in short supply. tirerack, gtworks and a few others carry the hd's.

Just get MR Bilsteins and some springs and you'll be good.

I ended up doing some more searching and from the sound of it got a little lucky as well. Bought some Bilstien HD front and rear struts from tire rack. The car already has Swift springs, and i figured i don't require height adjustable suspension and this setup seems quite popular for DD's.
