Is an alignment needed after height adjustment?

I just installed some awd spec d2 coils today, and i know i need an alignment done. Say however, if after driving for a week or so, i realize the height needs adjusted up or down up to an inch, do i need another alignment after that too?

do all your adjustments now, then get an alignment.

If your really serious about getting the full performance out of your coilovers figure out the ride height you like then have it corner balanced then aligned.

as said above, do all adjustments until youre happy with height then get alignment.

adjust height, drive around, let it settle a bit, check until youre happy, but dont drive around for too long without alignment. more important for front wheels, rear adjustment wouldnt affect alignment as much but still settle for a height then get alignment.
i wouldnt worry about corner balance unless your racing the car imo

corner balance is a waste of money unless you race the car

Corner balancing is useless on a street car.

Got my good gap in, bout a finger and a half gap. Plan to do the firestone lifetime alignment. I do not race it more than the few drag visits a year i plan to do.

Watch out, most "lifetime" alignments are to factory settings.

Sorry for reviving this.
I just got new rims, tires and about to drop the MR bilsteins on swift springs.
I will use the springs for a couple of hundred miles to let them set,
but I have never done an alignment before.
What should I ask for them to do? The car is a street, daily driver car, with some highway use.

Thank you!

Just an alignment to OEM spec is all you need.

Factory spec alignment may be all you need, but what you really want is more along the lines of:
0 toe all around
-2 front camber (there are basically two settings -1 and -2)
-1.2 rear camber
