I do not own these wheels but have seen several pics on evo 8/9s and they will stick out. I love these wheels but wish it came in a friendlier evo8/9 size. You can make it work! It's just a matter of what YOU are looking for (style wise....how they will ultimately look on your evo).

Let me see if I can find any links for you....

XXR is not made by Axis (as far as I know...) Just making sure I am helping you out with the right wheel....

Check this out:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sa...-18-tires.html

And here:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...evo-8-9-a.html

Both threads discuss fitment issues, spacer sizes etc.....the first link has the best pic which shows you what I mean.

This thread discuss a wide variety of wheels and what you need to do to make them fit...

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...s-go-here.html

GL and post back pics of your new ride and whatever wheels you decide to get!!

I meant xxr. I was just looking at the axis rev's in gold at the same time. Love those wheels also but they cost more.

I have the 527 in 17x8.25 with 245/45r17 tires and lowered and its a perfect fit. with a 18x10 you would have to mess with camber and roll all 4 corners, just dont stretch the tire!

They will not fit. Do not buy wheels that do not fit. That is all.

521's will need a 25mm spacer in front and heavy front and rear fender rolling/pulling for them to fit

....And, for a great car, don't buy cheap wheels! For the price you could get a used set of BBS wheels on this forum. Maybe plus some for tyres, but still worth it

Rota's and XXR's are fine for everyday driving. For a little more you can get some Enkei's.
