Stuck Coilover locking collar Zeal coilover

Im trying to adjust my ride height on my zeal coilovers. Im having a problem breaking the bottom locking collar loose. Ive tried pb blaster and its still not budging.
I also do not have the wrenches included. Is there a wrench anyone can reccommened to get it loose. Im thinking i may have to remove all 4 coils and use a vise to break them loose.

Heres a picture of what im having a problem loosening.

When ever I adjust mine without the wrenchs i use a flat head/pry bar and a hammer as it just needs to be loosened

yea i tried doing that, with no luck, the entire coilover just starts unscrewing if that makes any sense? Im thinking i may have take the coils off and have the collar replaced or try to use a vice to get it loose.

My Zeals did the same thing when I tried to adjust them. The hammer trick basically unscrewed the entire coilover, not the "sleeve". Needless to say I left them alone. If you find out how to do it, please post a follow-up because I want mine raised a bit. Good luck.
here's my post if any of this helps:

Will do! I may just end up taking all the coils off and cleaning them all up when it gets a bit warmer in the spring, unless i can find a heated garage to mess around with them in some more.
