caliper seals between halves
There are not any replacements currently. A friend of mine and I are working to get ones made to OEM specs. You cannot use any old o-ring from Autozone as they will quickly deteriorate with the brake fluid and heat cycles.
I just ordered a large quantity of replacement seals as that's the only way they make custom orders. They should be to me late next week. They will be $15 shipped for 2 of them.

Ok. What materials are these made from (complete specs)? How many seals are there per caliper? Are they the same size front to rear? How much for a full set to do all four calipers?
Thanks
Thanks
They are made of EPDM (brake fluid safe) they are the same size as the oem ones which I believe were 2mm thick x 7mm id x 11mm od. This is just for the 2 rear o rings between the caliper halves. The dustboots and piston seals you can order from girodisc which are around $160 shipped.

No there is 1 o ring in each rear caliper for the fluid to transfer from one half to the other. The fronts transfer fluid with the 2 crossover lines. Girodisc has all the other seals you need which are the dustboots and piston seals, rears are $24 and front kits $48 which you need 2 of each kit.
