problem with ABS !

Hi all i have a problem with my brakes where the abs is kicking the brake pedal at low speeds i have replaced the abs ring as there was a tooth missing , but still have the same problem i have tried 2 different sensors , same problem .
I have evoscan which is reading the rear right wheel is going faster than the other 3 (causing the abs to kick in) i have measured the resistance from the ayc ecu back and getting just the sensor resistance so wiring is ok ..
Has anyone had similar problem or any suggestions would be appreciated ,, thanks

car is evo 6 ..

You might check if the replacement ring has the same number of teeth as the other side.

Moss... have you tried looking on lancerregister at all? They might have a bit more insight for the JDM cars since we never received them over here...

It may be one of those common problems I mean.

Hmm... not sure what to say then.

If it's saying the wheel speed is off, and the teeth are matching, then I'd have to say it's somehow electrical? What else would actually cause something like that?

Well, lets say you installed the spare, that would also cause one wheel to run at a different speed. When one winter here in Nebraska decided to turn into the Ice Age and me no snow tires, I pulled two snow tires on rims off a DSM and mounted them on the back and mounted the spare at the front. With that screwed up configuration the abs worked fine.
