Question Question for those with Tein Basic

So I am thinking about getting a set of Tein Basic for my stock Evo8.

The Tein Basic pics I have seen show the rear wheels with a moderate amount of negative camber. From what I have seen, having negative camber to the rear wheels will produce understeer if the front wheels have no camber in them.

Anyways, my question is, do the Tein Basics understeer more than stock? Also, what springs are used on the Basics? S-Tech or H-Tech springs?

Also, I am considering 17x9 wheels with 35mm offset. Will this produce problems with a Tein Basic setup?

Anything else I should know before I decide on Tein Basics?

Thanks in advance.

when I had the TEIN Basics the only camber problems I had were in the front. And my car was lowered with about 1 finger gap on each tire. How much do you plan to lower your car?

I couldn't really notice any difference in understeer from stock with the Basics.....

until I got a set of RRE JIC's. After driving my current setup now, the understeer produced by the stock setup / TEIN Basics is much more apparent.

I am not planning to slam the car. Just a slightly lower ride height. Any issues predicted with 17x9 wheels at 35mm offset?

is lowering the ride height limited with the Basics, compared to say the SS's or Flex's ?
