Ideas for fixing spring bind without removing strut assembly?

Since putting on coilovers this past weekend I been experiencing what I believe is spring bind on the front passenger side. I'd get one ping on tight turns at low speeds so I wasn't sure it was spring bind, thought maybe it was a brake pad; I just got an alignment today and the pings have increased so it solidifies spring bind to me. Open to other thoughts on what it could be though.

I know that potential fixes are making sure the perches are clean, bearings are clean and greased, and the height adjustment collars are tight. Thing is, I really want to avoid taking off the strut assembly since I just got aligned today, so any thoughts on how to do so? I was thinking of getting the front suspension at full droop and trying to blow out any dirt and then possibly apply some some grease using a fine tip of some sort.

WD40 at full droop and spray white lube at full droop are your friends.

Be sure that you clean the excess off though
