rear camber bolt direction

rear camber bolt direction
does it matter if the rear camber bolt enters from the front or rear? i ask because when from the front i can't fit a torque wrench on the nut, due to location of my exhaust.
i see both sides of the subframe have markings on them.. so does it really matter which way the bolt faces?
also, i was told both lower control arms are the same, yet the service manual has one marked with a read dot and the other with an indention. does it matter which arm is on which side?
