Thumbs up Volk LE28 or CE28

I am looking to purchase either the Volk CE28 in Mercury Silver or the LE28 in gunmetal within a day or two (Size 18x8.5 for an EVO). Hard part is finding vendors that not only carry them but also have them in stock at a reasonable price. If there are any vendors out there who have either of these wheels in stock please pm me with a price shipped to 02053.

If anyone out there has any suggestions please let me know.

Thanks,
Mike

PS if this post should be in another forum feel free to move it.

I can deal with 2-3 weeks for shipment. It's the 60 to 90 days that is a problem as I need to free up my stock wheels for autocross. I am also thinking of the 18x9 Gram Light 57 Pro's in silver. I don't know if it has a center cap though (will not get wheels w/out one). Too bad the vendors don't have their inventory online. It's tough to keep calling.

Guess the 57Pro's are out. No center caps.

I think the reason being some of the popular wheels are not in stock is because wheels are not fast moving items like some other parts. Vendors do not want to get stuck w/ some wheels that won't sell. Its just not economical for some businesses..

Bingo. When you consider all the different widths and diameters, and all the different offsets, the inventory demands would be astronomical. Not feasible for a small company.

Man this is impossible to find rims for this car.

Vendors, please let me know what rims you have in stock in 18x8.5.

Thanks,
Mike

Bronze will look good. There was just a post from Boost Solutions selling the 2 rims you wanted first off for 2020 shipped. I was in shock. I was to late getting them so I was out of luck.

Those wheels are on my car now. 18 X 8.5 Volk CE-28N's for $1100 with out tires and $1400 with 245/40 Nitto 555's. Tires still have the hairs on them and the color stripes going around the whole tire.

Right now I have the 245's and just paid him the $1100 for just the rims. The tires rub with my S-Tech's so I'll probably be buying some 235's this wekk and give his tires back. If not, I'm giving him the other $300 next weekend.

They were barely used. The guy had three sets of rims for his Evo and he hardly ever had them on his car. I asked if he wanted to sell them and we worked out a deal that I could buy the rims by them selves for 1100 or buy them with brand new tires for 1400. I gave him 1100 and he let me use the tires to see if I would have any problems with rubbing once I lowered my car. I'm having rubbing issues so I have to order new tires and just give him these back. I should be ordering thme this week.

$1100 isn't bad for some Volk's without tires huh?
