What to do?

Hey guys I am going to buy my second evo my first one was totaled in a car accident...I had my first car tuned by Worksrally and I was happy with the outcome I never ran my car with Worksrally p2 flash but with only the p1 I did a 13.2@105...this is a $500 mod. Do you think I should do the same setup and keep going farther or do everything manually not electronic...manual boost controller, cams, and afc...etc... your opinions thanxs.
