he said that he will have all the details by the end of this month and i asked him to come and post it here for us. i will work with him to setup a vendor account but i don't see any problems with him giving people the heads up asap.

Good work, you beat me to it. I actually just emailed him and sent him the link to this thread if he wanted to chime in on any details or answer any of our questions. Some how I think we should get a discount on these j/k (they are cheap enough as it is) . Next question is can anyone photoshop these rims onto an evo to give an idea of what they would look like, i am sure it would be much appreciated

Alright, just got an email from subydude, and he had a request for me or anybody else that could help. Either post it here or email it directly to him. Here is his email:

Yo dude!

First thing I need… if we need to make MORE styles for the EVO… brake caliper template… does anybody have ‘em?

Thanks!

Check out our gallery http://www.subydude.com/gallery/

Best Regards,

SD

So if anyone has a brake caliper template it would be much appreciated, or if someone lives near him, even better.

The Rota's don't clear the STI brembo's so I doubt that they would clear the EVO calipers if they shared the same bolt pattern.

I want tarmac II's for my evo they looked so good on my old WRX. Many rotas do fit over STI calipers. I got mine from www.rallysportdirect.com he also said that rotas for the evo should be out soon.

He is making them so that the offset will work for the Evo, as for the STI, I have no idea. They definately are a sweet wheel, and I just can't justify spending $2,000 on some forged Volks especially when they get beat up driving on the street. Spend the money on some good tires and not worry about the rims, that's my motto

Yes, I believe they run for $600 shipped. Here is another email that Subydude sent:

PRODUCTION OF 17” X 8” TORQUES ARE STARTING NEXT WEEK.

What’s color do the evo folks want?

Thanks!

Color? Everyone is going to want something different, but I'll vote for Gunmetal with polished lip.
