Rota Subzeros?

I like the look and price(set of 18's for $650 shipped) of rota subzero's and I know many subies have rocked these, but I don't know if they would fit or if there is any spacer available to make them fit. The dimensions are 5x100, offset 48 ( which I know is high) so if anyone has tried these or has any suggestions, post away.

i doubt that anyone tried these since they are 5x100 while the evo is 5x114 and the offset is all wrong. i talked to subydude which sells them for rota and he told me that he will talk to ROTA and try to get them to make some for us EVO guys. i would love to get a set for my car...

Thanks for the info., hopefully Rota will pull through and start making them in 5 x 114. They look too good and are too cheap to pass up. I do believe that they are pretty light to boot

I just emailed Subydude to ask if an Evo friendly size would be available anytime soon, and that if were available they would sell like hotcakes. I suggest we flood this guys mailbox with requests for these rims or point him over here to EvoM.net. The email is :

He's been trying to get Rota to make wheels since the EVO came out in the US, but I'm not sure how much pull he has. The US Rota distributor is probably a better place to send blanket emails.

Good point, we should flood them both to let them know there is a demand for these rims in our size.

i doubt it, Joe's (subydude) uncle is the owner of ROTA. that is how he has the best prices on them. if someone has a pull at that company he is the guy. i will call him right now just to see what is up.

thanks

The last I heard, he was expecting the Rota Torques (Works knock-off) to come in EVO sizes. Here is a pic

good news people. i just got of the phone with Joe and the rota for the EVO ARE in production. they should be available in about 1-2 months and he will become a vendor here to hook as up just like he did on NASIOC. they will be 17x8 5x114.3 with the right offset.

That's awesome, did he mention which models they were going to be producing or is it all of them. Also will they be coming out with 18's? I am sure once he is an established vendor he can answer all my questions, but until then this is good news. Hopefully they will be out by summertime
