what is the max stock camber adjustment?

My alignment shop seems to be able to get only -1.2 at most. They can get it to -1.8, but it keeps readjusting back when they bolt it back up. What is the max, most agressive camber setting that someone else has gotten, stock?

Last year, my shop got -1.8, which seemed to be consistent with what most folks were getting. I will be getting another alignment next week in anticipation of the upcoming AX season, so we will see if a year of driving over potholes and such has loosened/bent things up enough that we can do better than that.

is such a tease with that -2.5 spec...

I was able to get 1.6 on mine. Thoe99- i would suggest going to a performance shop instead of the boys at NTB. You will be suprised at the results

Too late, I already paid for a 5yr unlimited alignment plan.

I thought you could get -2.0?? For the guys that have got it at 1.8, does it handle noticeably better?

The spec is -2.0 +/- 0.5 degrees, so for the few of us that are still autocrossing our Evos in A Stock, we can legally run -2.5, which would be great if we could actually get that.

As for how much of a difference it makes, I really couldn't say. The autocrosses I ran before the alignment were on the original A046s, the autocrosses after that were on R-compound tires. Definitely apples and oranges...

Yeah, you definitely cannot compare that. So what most of you guys are getting is a little under -2.0 degrees, but if it were possible, you could run -2.5 degrees? I am just curious about this stuff. Thanks for the reply jwtodd.

So much for that theory. I ended up with -1.7 f and -1.5 r. Toe-in was -1/32 f and 1/32 r. Over the past 10 months, the front camber stayed about the same, but the rear had actually gone to positive camber and the toe-in front and rear had increased quite a bit. I hope to do a better job of looking after my alignment this year, but we'll see...
