Im looking to buy volk ce28 on 17x9 what off set be perfect to not rolling the rear fenders thanks

Depending on tire size, the safe range for minimizing rear fender work is approx +32 to +35

I don't think there's much reason to go to 18s, I think more people should use them instead of jumping straight to 18s on the Evo! I just recently got a set of 17x9 +22 wheels with 245/40 Rivals and it looks like I'll just have to massage the rear fenders a touch to have no rubbing under all types of driving
