If you are mechanically inclined, Eastwood makes a really cheap Fender roller. It kind of looks like a large set of pliers. If you do it right and not how their instructions tell you, it's really easy and comes out nice. It does take quite some time and a lot of hand strength LOL. I used it to do mine.
In fact, I'm not using mine anymore and can give you a really good deal on it.
