XXR 527 Forged

There are a million XXR threads but I haven't seen anything on this.

http://www.xxrwheels.com/wheels/xxr-527f

It says its true forged and 18" only weighs 18lbs. Great fitment too with 18x9 +35. They are going for a little over $300 each. What do you guys think?

Good looking wheel & the offset & width are perfect for the EVO. Front spacer likely needed

Low price and XXR reputation make me nervous.

Looks like they're available from NLMotoring. http://www.nlmotoring.com/XXR-527F-F...els-s/1908.htm

And according to this page, the 18x10's actually weigh -2.2 pounds. http://www.nlmotoring.com/XXR-527F-W...f527806565.htm

Kinda sorta maybe too bad I just bought new wheels otherwise I maaaaay have been willing to give them a try.

A lot of the SM/SSM autox guys use the 18x11 XXRs with no issues. They aren't the lightest, but they're definitely the cheapest 18x11 out there.

I think for a daily street car, these wheels will hold up just fine. If anyone decides to try them out, pls post.
