Power steering

Hello everyone I have a few questions as you know if you have read any of my previous post I am an owner of an 06 Evo 9 mr. Since I have purchased this car is have been making improvements to the way the car handles. Switched to fortune auto 550 front and rear st sway bar set especially bushing kit rear control arm bushings from whiteline. Now I am getting ready to install full 3inch exhaust including o2 Housing. Full intercooler and pipe kit from etc. Ported stock intake manifold and throttle body. Deleting evaporated system as I don't need emissions in the area I live in. Upgraded fuel pump ets short intake. I am relocating both battery and acd pump to the trunk. At one point I was racing Hondas and had a k20 in a civic hatch. I didn't want to use manual steering so I used power steering but used an mr2 electric power steering pump instead of my mechanical why haven't I seen this done on evos not so much for power gain but to free room up under the hood. I haven't seen it on an Evo but I know you dsm guys know what imma talking bout

I am pretty sure that Buschur created an electric power steering setup. I don't know of anyone else that has.

^^Buschur sells a kit, although he doesn't recommend it for road racing.

Yea I seen it on there but haven't heard any reviews on people using it and how the car responded to that type of setup

Pump going under brake booster since all oem fuel lines will be gone due to me doing mechanical fuel pump setup and doing all fab myself and so far just cost of parts. I have not purchased any fitting but most likely will have a bolt on kit for anyone else that might be interested once completed. Reason for going eps is to clean up bay and I'm doing a stock location top mount 6870 TS with 3.5" downpipe and having no power steering pump in oem location will make fitment easier.

Here's my engine
