They wont, people talking about KYB's are referring to the ones that came from an evo 8 or 9.

Ok. The only front option that I can find for the evolution are the Bilsteins. I have looked up non-MR, and the only KYB options coming up are for the rear only. Can you specifically tell me what to search to find the ones that are compatible? Thanks

The Bilsteins are 225 each, and that's just not in my single mom full time grad student budget right now. I'm now looking into a used stock set. After graduation I can replace with the Bilsteins. I just need something to get me through the next 6 months or so. Found a set on ebay, fingers crossed they work!

I'm a bit nervous about them having 90k miles on them. But I'll keep them in mind. I have a bid in on a non-MR set. Only $50 with only 35k miles on them.

I would be wary about struts with 90k miles. Mine all were done around 80-90k. They cannot be rebuilt so expect very little usage out of them. Also expect to replace them soon if they aren't already bad.

The Bilsteins can be rebuilt, but we are also only talking about something to get OP by for 6 or so months.

Bilstein doesn't rebuild the mr struts anymore. You will have to find another place to do it.
