Cosmic Xt206r 17x9
I have a set of 17x9 +5 Cosmis Xt206r, after looking around I see people having obvious break clearance issues with size 18x9s and up. I just wanted to know what size spacers I would need in order to make this work, if this is even possible.

Yeah, a +5 offset is well outside what is possible to fit (is that offset correct?). Adding a spacer will put this wheel into the minus offset range. As an example, a +22 is very tough to fit correctly
