Problem with back passenger wheel

I have an evo 8 and as soon as I start going in the car it sounds like my back right wheel is rubbing the brake is the only good way I have to explain it on a forum. But I took of the wheels to look at it and the brake seems fine. The rotor had some grooves it in so that could be it but I doubt it. Could it be a wheel bearing? I was just wonder if any of you guys have run into this promblem before. If so I would love some advice. Also I know this is the wrong thread but if anybody has a full set of stock evo 8 lug nuts I could buy that would be great. Thanks in advance for the advice!

Wonder if the sound youre hearing is the E-brake. You know, the E-brake is housed in the rear disc drum area.
I suggest you pull the rear wheel again, & take off the rear rotor & perform a visual

Yeah I'll have to do that. That could be it. At first I thought it was a plastic trim piece catching but there was none in sight. I'll update when I get a little closer to figuring it out.

I found, with fixed calipers, when noisy, if you pull the pads, clean the parts and regrease, the noise often goes away.
