Either of those are super aggressive for the CT9A and you will be doing fender modifications (possibly more) to fit them.

Dont be fooled by those who have installed the +15's. If youre OK w/a show wheel (which is OK) then you can install, but they will never truly fit.

If youre more of a function guy, try and keep the offset & wheel size in this range: 17x9.5 or 18x9.5 +27 to +38

Even at the range above, depending on tire size will require some serious rear fender work

Yes, those will work but depending on tire size, your roll will not be enough. Expect to do the rear bumper relocation & a slight pull

Great wheel that has been done successfully & even tracked

YMMV, I have seen multiple people have issues with cracked wheels when they bought brand new ambit wheels.

Your Rotas are more reliable than Ambit wheels. Both the offsets that you chose are not going to work for the Evo 8/9.

FWIW rota, XXR and Ambit are all in the same boat of quality ( or in this case lack off ) Better off saving some penies and getting some RPF1 or NT03+M in sizing that has been proven to fit.

My RPF1's bent from every day driving. My XXR's have been going strong for two plus years now, in snow, rocks, etc.

My rotas held up just fine with heavy track use.

My NT03+M's work great on track as well.

Don't be a wheel snob.

Where did they bend? The inner barrel? Any wheel will bend there with the right impact.
