I just got those sized rims didnt want to have to do anything but later reading people have been having to do modifications. I will be on swift racing springs and bilstein struts. Im on 18 w/ 255 tires and i scrape the liner on hard turns.

Yeah, +15 on a 10.5" is way too proud of the rear fender. Even those running the very popular Voltex over-fender dont run a +15 in the 10.5" IIRC
Steer clear of that spec
Heres the layout vs what i run (note: my rears are fully worked!). This +15 would poke 1.09" further

The +15 is really not a great offset specifically in the rear of our cars. Must it be an RPF1? And are you opposed to running a spacer in the front? Im pretty sure they have a 18x9.5 +38 that would would pretty good but would most likely require around a 20mm spacer possibly a little less, I dont honestly remember bc I dont run RPF1s but I do know the info is posted here somewhere so please take a look or perhaps someone else in the fitment crew can chime in.
My main point was that I would recommend you pursue something with a higher offset.

Eric, Pretty sure your notes the RPF1's are correct. If you dont run the +38, up front, you would have to run the +18 RPF1 & the +38 in the rear, but then you cant rotate
And, for sure, the +15 is not, in any width, good for the EvO rear. Some guys have certainly done it, but they rub & all the troubles that go w/it
But, on the other side, if your going for the Stance fit-up, the +15 is OK.
Not sure if youre a function > fit type or the other way around

Not sure if Ive ever shared my ride w/you. Visually it looks very tame, in regards to wheel / tire fit but this set-up below required the following rear fender work
Now, imagine running that +15 which pokes 1" further than this. There is no amount of work that could be done to fit those +15's properly
- 3/4 rear fender roll
- A noticeable rear fender pull just above the rear bumper cover
- Bumper bolt relocation
- -1.9 degrees of camber
- Lower rear bumper cover has been pushed out 1"
