I hope you guys get it sorted. I would switch too if my experience with a brand new set was similar. I'm not the type who'd use slow rebuild services

Thanks man! Yeah I went the route of using a slow rebuild service and won't do it again with these. At least it's winter time and I'm not driving my car until spring so I'm not missing out.
