evolution 8 steering

hey

i noticed whilst driving the other day, that when ever i turn right, wheather it be an inch or a full turn of the wheel that i get a grinding sensation through the steering wheel (no noise) it is more noticable at speed 80-100kmhr and on smooth roads. it feels as though it is the front left wheel, i check for any play in wheel bearing, was going to swap tyres and see if problem changes sides.

does anyone know what this might be ? or where i should start looking ? thanks
