I was told I need special lugs for the Team Dynamics Racing wheels.

What type of lug do I need, and where can I find them?

I use the Team Racing Dynamics Pro Race 1 wheels for my track days. They weigh a bit less than the stock rims and are nice and tough. No need to worry about bending a rim on the first pot-hole, track-curb, or off track excursion. The needed lug nuts are standard acorn type; our stock Enki's us a different lug nut.

For tires, you will be hard pressed to find a better "street" tire than the Advans. I use Toyo Proxies RA-1s for the track. They are an R compound tire that I ordered shaved to track depth. Very grippy, but not really feasable for every day street use.
